The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting or HR Management with 2–3 years of related experience, and a desirable Alabama Public Notary license.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Human Resources Management or related field, plus 2–3 years of related experience.
• Desirable Alabama Public Notary license.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately using designated software.
• Manage employee benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, and COBRA where applicable.
• Reconcile payroll data with accounting records through journal entries.
• Maintain up-to-date tax regulations and ensure accurate deductions for federal, state, and local taxes.
• Handle data entry tasks related to payroll and benefits with precision.
• Assist with enterprise HRIS management and employee data maintenance.
