Job summary

LaundryLux seeks a Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processing, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. You will ensure accurate, timely pay and benefits delivery, support staff, and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

You will supervise the payroll/benefits team, coordinate with vendors, and drive process improvements while partnering with leadership to optimize benefits programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll/benefits administration experience, multi-state preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to train staff.
• Demonstrated expertise with ADP Workforce Now and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Enter, audit, and review payroll data within established deadlines.
• Process wage changes and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Enter hires/changes into payroll and HRIS with data integrity.
• Coordinate payroll tax registrations in new states.
• Process terminations, final pay and benefits compliance.
• Manage benefit deductions and communicate with accounting.
