The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience, preferably in a multi-state environment, as well as proficiency with ADP Workforce Now. This position emphasizes a collaborative approach and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in a multi‑state environment.
• Demonstrated experience with ADP Workforce Now required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Administer payroll using ADP Workforce Now and manage vendor relationships.
