Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a payroll and benefits analyst to manage wages, deductions, and benefits for US and Canada. You will oversee the entire employee cycle, ensure compliance with payroll laws, and drive policy improvements through data analysis.

The role requires strong HRIS expertise (Workday), 5+ years in Canada payroll, and 2+ years in benefits. This position supports vendors and internal teams across the US and Canada with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of Canada payroll experience
• 2+ years of benefits experience required
• Analytical mindset and HR/finance knowledge
• HRIS/payroll system proficiency (Workday)
• Compliance with federal/state payroll laws and benefits regulations

Responsabilidades

• Process employee wages, including commissions, overtime, bonuses, and short-term disability payments
• Manage tax withholdings, deductions and garnishments and audit payroll for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare year-end tax forms
• Administer and optimize US and Canada welfare programs (health, retirement, welfare)
• Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries and elevate issues as needed
• Partner with US and Canadian vendors to administer benefits and payroll
• Ensure compliance with country/state payroll regulations for payroll and benefits
• Process benefit and vendor invoices for payment
• Analyze payroll and benefits data to identify trends and cost savings
• Lead and implement Workday for Canadian payroll
