Elevance Health is seeking an Initiative Project Leader for the Payment Integrity Product. This role is in-office 3 days per week with flexibility for alignment to Eastern/Central Time Zone business hours.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and at least 8 years leading large enterprise projects.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling to translate complex updates.
• Experience developing enterprise roadmaps and budgets.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives to completion.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a thought leader for end-to-end process improvements with providers, members, and end-users in mind.
• Connects dots across matrixed organizations and Payment Integrity portfolio via integration points.
• Leads strategic initiatives from assessment through implementation with governance controls.
• Builds consensus across functions, uncovers trends, and defines best practices.
• Maintains visibility into priorities, budgets, capacity, release schedules, risks, and dependencies.
