Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an operations environment including leading large enterprise-wide projects.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with ability to translate complex information into clear presentations and updates.
• Experience developing and managing enterprise roadmaps, priorities, capacity plans, budgets, and executive status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a thought leader to improve end-to-end processes for providers, members and internal users.
• Connects dots across matrixed organizations and Payment Integrity portfolio via integration points across departments.
• Leads strategic initiatives from assessment through implementation with governance and controls.
• Builds consensus across functions, conducts root-cause analysis, identifies trends, defines solutions.
• Maintains visibility into priorities, budgets, release schedules, risks and dependencies for leadership decisions.
• Plans organization rhythm of business including leadership reviews, all-hands, newsletters, and release notes.
