You will coordinate with clinical operations, finance, revenue cycle, and credentialing; draft communications; maintain logs, and prepare performance tracking for value-based programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, economics, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a health plan, medical group, IPA, ACO, MSO, health system, or consulting firm in contracting, provider relations, network management, value-based care, revenue cycle, or analytics.
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement including fee schedules, Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, CPT/HCPCS coding basics, and claims adjudication.
• Familiarity with value-based payment arrangements such as shared savings, pay-for-performance, and Medicare Advantage programs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to work with large data sets.
• Clear, accurate written communication shown in professional correspondence, minutes, and summaries.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of open items across multiple counterparties.
• Professional presence in interactions with payers, physicians, and executives.
• HIPAA privacy and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the department’s primary working contact with payer provider relations, network management, contracting, and value-based care representatives.
• Initiate, document, and follow through on outreach to payers regarding contract questions, roster issues, claims and rate discrepancies, and data requests.
• Maintain the department’s payer contact directory and escalation contacts.
• Draft correspondence and meeting materials for Senior Vice President review and send communications as directed.
• Track open payer items with owner, status, next steps, and target dates; report weekly.
