You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track performance, and prepare analyses for negotiations and governance meetings. Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years in contracting or provider relations, strong Excel skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years in contracting, provider relations, or value-based care.
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement and Medicare schedules.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written communication and organization.
• HIPAA familiarity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with payer relations and contracting teams.
• Manage JOC calendar and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate cross-functional data and reporting for committees.
• Prepare contract performance tracking and fee schedule analyses.
• Draft memos and presentations for executives.
