Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and direction for the Patient Support & Care Coordination Team.
• Ensure processes align with policies, payer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor workloads, performance, and establish KPIs with regular coaching.
• Lead Epic workflow optimization and system enhancements with IT teams.
• Develop and maintain policies, workflows, and standardized processes across locations.
• Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Promote patient-centered care and high-quality experiences.
