Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant automotive aftersales or parts logistics experience.
• Strong process-improvement mindset with proven streamlining of operations.
• Data-driven forecasting and inventory optimization for a distribution center.
• Experience coordinating with 3PLs, dealers, and field teams.
• Familiarity with customs, duties, and export/import processes.
• Ability to work with ticketing systems and global HQ alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement for the regional Parts & Accessories team.
• Forecast and stock the distribution center using demand data and promotions.
• Analyze root causes to improve fill rates, dealer stock vs emergency orders, and logistics costs.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize warehousing and cost-cutting measures.
• Right-size US PDC inventory with appropriate spare parts and minimize obsolescence.
• Manage dealer parts claims, returns, and cross-functional program support.
• Lead and coach the Parts & Accessories Distribution Specialist.
