Job summary

Premier Truck Group in Tulsa, OK seeks a Parts Sales Manager to lead Outside and Inside Parts Sales teams, develop sales strategies, and ensure top-tier customer service across the dealership.

The role requires five years of dealership experience and at least three years in management, with a valid driver’s license and forklift certification. Become part of a growing, multi-location Freightliner dealer group.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of dealership experience and three years in management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate sales staff and deliver high levels of service.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outside and inside Parts Sales staff to drive profitable, productive sales.
• Monitor and train staff to achieve high levels of customer service in the market area.
• Coordinate with Parts Manager to ensure department profit and efficiency.
• Develop sales strategies, assign territories and craft marketing plans for parts.
• Collaborate with other dealership departments to foster cohesion and service excellence.
• Lead day-to-day sales efforts and support staff performance.
• Prepare and implement action plans to grow parts sales in the region.
