Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Corporate Parts Manager in Selma, TX to lead the parts department, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires supervision of staff, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cost-effective sourcing.

The position involves coordinating with corporate and branch teams, monitoring P&L for the department, and traveling up to 50% to support sites in Irving/Selma/Round Rock areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years progressive experience including supervision of staff.
• Manufacturing, sales or construction industry experience a plus.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Teams and all Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to pass required background check and pre-employment drug testing.
• Up to 50% travel requires a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture of continuous improvement in the parts department and drive productivity.
• Develop SOPs and ensure adoption across branches.
• Monitor and analyze parts reporting; provide training on metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and sourcing.
