Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Workforce Development, Education, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Organizational Development, Higher Education, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal College departments and external business/industry partners.
• Promote and market partnership opportunities including educational programs, corporate training, and facility rentals.
• Maintain and expand partnerships; identify and secure new collaborations.
• Represent the College at regional and national events to broaden visibility and connections.
• Provide consultative support to assess workforce development needs and propose college offerings.
• Coordinate and support business advisory boards and capture industry insights.
• Support the Center for Business & Industry with sales for leadership development and customized training.
