Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a proactive Partnerships Coordinator to support business development initiatives across nonprofit and commercial sectors. The role focuses on preparing compelling partner materials, researching prospects, and maintaining organized CRM data.

Your work will include coordinating with the Director of Partnerships, tracking opportunities, and ensuring timely follow-ups, with travel to our Mo’orea HQ for extended visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in a commercial or nonprofit environment
• Previous experience in coordination, account support, or as a junior analyst is a plus
• Availability to travel frequently
• Availability to spend a minimum of three months per year at the Mo’orea HQ
• Professional fluency in English required
• French is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
• Strong interest in purpose-driven business development
• Excellent writing and visual presentation skills
• Strong organizational, proactive, and analytical abilities
• Comfortable with HubSpot, Notion, Google Suite, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Excel
• Strong team player and ability to follow structured processes

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitch decks, one-pagers, tailored partner briefs, and commercial presentations
• Research prospects, including industry, CSR strategy, and key contacts
• Organize information in HubSpot and maintain the lead database
• Manage the Director of Partnerships’ agenda, meetings, follow-ups, and deadlines
• Take meeting notes and ensure follow-up actions
• Assist in prioritizing opportunities aligned with the CEO’s strategy
• Track lead status and follow up with prospects
• Centralize negotiation documents
• Update CRM and Notion throughout the partnership cycle
• Manage contracts, briefs, reports, and other administrative documents
• Coordinate kit shipments, visits, content production, and other logistics
• Draft meeting notes and partner reports
• Format monitoring and impact materials
• Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders
• Identify process pain points and suggest workflow improvements
