Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Director of Partnerships Operations, leading strategic initiatives to grow Services business and develop partnerships strategy and operating model. You will collaborate with Services Leadership and cross-functional teams to enable new business opportunities, with a focus on revenue growth and operational excellence.

This remote role reports to the Head of Customer Operations and involves working with Sales, Talent Ops, Analytics, Product, and Finance to deliver outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in partnerships operations or related roles.
• Experience in partnerships strategy and program management.
• Strong ownership with strategic and executional abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end partnership lifecycle management from onboarding to reviews.
• Onboard and maintain partners including certifications and documentation.
• Build and manage ecosystem operations across marketplace partners.
• Coordinate inputs across Practice Leaders, GTM/Sales, Legal and Finance.
• Track partner requirements, benefits, and tier progression.
• Translate partnerships into GTM motions with enablement and listings.
• Run partnerships steering committee and manage portfolio visibility.
• Develop repeatable workflows and scalable tooling.
