Job summary

VCA's growth and marketing operations team seeks a Manager of Marketing Partnerships to coordinate and execute external partnerships across a nationwide veterinary network. This role partners with agencies, cross-functional teams, and field operations to deliver collaborative campaigns and measure performance.

You will manage onboarding, track SOWs, and ensure timely asset delivery, budget alignment, and actionable insights for leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in partner management, marketing account management, agency operations, or vendor coordination.
• Experience in veterinary healthcare, pet care, multi-unit retail networks, or subscription services.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for key partnerships across brand, corporate partnerships, and MVH/Mars Petcare ecosystems.
• Support governance and workflows for agencies and vendors, manage SOWs, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Collaborate with internal brand managers, digital product teams, and Field Operations to deploy and adopt partner initiatives.
• Maintain dashboards tracking partner performance, campaign uptake, and vendor SLAs; provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Maintain centralized partnership collateral, vendor contracts, and workflow documentation; identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
