Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Marketing Partnerships to coordinate day-to-day partnerships across the nationwide hospital network. You will manage timelines, asset delivery, and joint promotions while aligning cross-functional teams and field operations.

The role requires 4–6 years in partner management or agency operations with strong PowerPoint/Excel skills and a focus on measurable results within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field).
• 4–6 years of hands-on partner management, marketing account management, agency operations, or vendor coordination.
• Experience in veterinary healthcare, pet care, multi-unit retail networks, or subscription services.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and Excel skills; proficient in MS Office.
• All degrees considered equivalent unless job requires a specific degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for key marketing, brand, and corporate partnerships; manage timelines, asset delivery, co-marketing promotions, and field integration.
• Support governance and workflows for marketing agencies and vendors; onboard, track SOWs, process PO/invoices, coordinate status reviews, assist with RFPs.
