VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Marketing & Growth to drive enterprise growth, brand strength, client acquisition, retention, and revenue across the VCA network.

You will lead integrated marketing, branding and demand generation, partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape strategy and measurable growth. The role reports to the VP Marketing and collaborates with Mars Veterinary Health teams to align MVH requirements.

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive marketing and branding experience; leadership
• Experience designing and executing marketing tactics and brand strategies
• Travel up to 30%

• Define and lead multi-year marketing and growth roadmap
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and trends; report KPIs
• Lead Marketing Strategy & Planning team and set goals
• Oversee marketing investment and budget decisions
• Develop Marketing Strategy Narrative for MVH and governance forums
• Build and lead high-performing marketing and branding team
• Monitor market trends and client behaviors to guide strategy
• Fulfill other related duties as assigned
