Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to own PSI’s relationships with third-party test site partners across the US region. This role, remote within the US, reports to the Senior Director of Channel and Partner Management and requires travel to partner sites; most work is done remotely.

You will build long-term partnerships, conduct business reviews, coordinate internal teams, ensure standards, and drive growth opportunities, with a base salary around $100K and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or related experience.
• Experience managing external partners, franchisees, vendors, or channel relationships.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Experience in testing, certification, or regulated services preferred.
• Strong negotiation and account management skills.
• Comfortable holding partners accountable and addressing conflicts.
• Commercial awareness; able to read partner performance data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship for an assigned portfolio of partner sites and act as their primary point of contact inside PSI.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner owners/operators and run regular business reviews.
• Advocate inside PSI: resolve escalations, remove blockers, and coordinate internal teams.
• Hold partners accountable to network standards for quality, security, and test-taker experience.
• Manage partner agreements within the standardized engagement model.
• Onboard new partners and support program launches alongside Sales and Client Services.
• Track partner performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Lead difficult conversations, remediation, and offboarding when standards aren’t met.
