Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to own and grow relationships with third-party test site partners across a US region. You will serve as PSI’s primary contact, drive partner performance, and collaborate with Sales and Client Services on launches and initiatives.

The role requires travel to partner sites with most work performed remotely, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings. Fluency in client needs and strong negotiation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience managing external partners or channel relationships.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in testing, certification, or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong negotiation and account management skills.
• Able to read partner performance data and act on it.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship for an assigned portfolio of third-party partner sites and act as their primary contact inside PSI.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner owners and operators, and run regular business reviews.
• Act as the partner’s advocate inside PSI: resolve escalations, remove blockers, and coordinate internal teams.
• Hold partners accountable to network standards for quality, security, and the test-taker experience.
• Manage partner agreements within the standardized engagement model and onboard new partners.
• Track partner performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Lead difficult conversations, remediation, and offboarding when standards aren’t met.
• Spot growth opportunities and feed them into network planning.
