Job summary

PSI Services LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services for a fully remote U.S. role. You will lead a Client Services team, manage client relationships for credentialing programs, and partner with senior leadership to shape service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success.
• At least 3 years in a management role responsible for a team of professionals.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and process optimization.
• Experience in using CRM software (such as Salesforce & Jira) managing inbound case work.
• Deep understanding of SLA and KPI management & development.

Responsibilities

• Leadership responsibilities for the Client Services team, including onboarding and training of staff and performance reviews.
• Maintain active client relationships through team members and direct engagement as needed.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and best practices.
• Ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met while maintaining high service standards.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape the future direction of client services.
• Participate in strategic discussions with senior leadership regarding staffing and planning.
• Implement cross-training across the group for business continuity.
• Develop and maintain relevant client reports.
• Review and approve timesheets and PTO requests.
• Project management across multiple assignments, timelines, and milestones.
