Job summary

Eaton Corporation seeks a Business Development Manager to identify and prioritize new commercial partnership opportunities within the D-IT organization. You will develop and execute partner strategies, build a robust partner pipeline, and drive revenue growth across data center solutions.

Based in Raleigh, NC or Woodridge, IL, you will collaborate with PLMs, Sales, Marketing, and Ventures, and manage cross-functional teams to meet market demands and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the electrical, industrial or data center segment.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, account management, or commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new commercial partnership opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue, increase market penetration, and expand customer access.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, including manufacturers, alliances, integrators, and ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate closely with PLMs, Sales, Marketing, Segments, and Ventures.
• Accountable for partner portfolio health and growth impact results.
• Build and lead high-performing engagements that foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation to execute the organization’s strategic vision.
