Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Partnerships Manager for Starlink Aviation Partnerships to close high-value deals with fleet operators, OEMs, and aviation suppliers.

You will lead pricing, commercial strategy, and negotiations on a global scale, collaborating with engineering, regulatory, and business teams to drive revenue and growth. You will manage contracts, support forecasting, and translate customer feedback into product direction, with extensive travel and a strong track record in deal execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 5+ years in partnerships or sales, or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience in business aviation and connectivity is preferred.
• Strong deal execution and revenue-target achievement record.

Responsibilities

• Close partnership deals between SpaceX and partners.
• Lead pricing, commercial strategy, and negotiations.
• Report to the Global Head of Starlink Aviation Partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop commercial terms and materials.
• Support pipeline, forecasting, and leadership briefings.
• Inform product direction based on customer feedback.
• Prepare marketing and technical materials.
