Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Partnership Manager (Starlink Business Aviation) to close strategic partnerships in aviation and drive global commercial strategy. You will collaborate with engineering, regulatory, and business teams to shape terms, contracts, and the roadmap while traveling as needed.

The role reports to the Global Head of Starlink Aviation Partnerships and requires a track record of ownership and successful deal execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business discipline; 5+ years in BD/partnerships/sales, or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Proven track record in closing high-value partnership deals.
• Experience with aviation connectivity or adjacent industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close partnership deals between SpaceX and partners.
• Lead pricing, commercial strategy, and negotiations on a global team.
• Report to the Global Head of Starlink Aviation Partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups (engineering, regulatory, business).
• Develop commercial terms and materials; inform product direction via feedback to engineering.
• Own contracts and agreements; manage pipeline and forecasting.
