Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Partnerships Manager for Starlink Business Aviation in Bastrop, TX. You will manage partnerships with fleet operators, dealers, OEMs and suppliers to drive connectivity in business aviation worldwide.

The role requires a strong track record in partnerships and sales, with the ability to negotiate complex deals, coordinate cross-functionally, and travel about half the time to client sites and SpaceX locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 5+ years in business development, partnerships or sales; or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and SpaceX locations.

Responsibilities

• Close partnership deals between SpaceX and partners across global markets.
• Lead pricing, commercial strategy, business discussions, and negotiations.
• Report to the Global Head of Starlink Aviation Partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, regulatory, business).
• Develop commercial terms and materials aligned with internal teams.
