SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Partnerships Manager for Starlink Aviation to drive global partnerships in business aviation. You will close high-value deals, shape pricing and strategy, and work with cross-functional teams.

The role requires travel (~50%), strong deal history, and deep aviation connectivity knowledge. Expect to report to the Global Head of Starlink Aviation Partnerships and help expand Starlink connectivity across operators, OEMs, and suppliers with a high level of independence and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, plus 5+ years in business development, partnerships, corporate strategy or sales; or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience in business aviation, particularly with connectivity, is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Close partnership deals between SpaceX and partners.
• Lead pricing, commercial strategy, business discussions and negotiations.
• Report to the Global Head of Starlink Aviation Partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups (engineering, regulatory, business).
• Develop commercial terms and materials and stay aligned with internal teams.
• Perform customer discovery and feed engineering with insights.
• Manage contracts and agreements with customers.
• Support pipeline and forecasting activities.
• Synthesize information and advise leadership.
• Contribute to playbooks, whitepapers, case studies, and marketing materials.
