You will learn market trends, identify future investors, and position Leumas early before RFPs are released.

Your work will help leadership stay at the table, understand community needs, and shape our long-term growth by opening doors and expanding the affordable housing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with public sector entities.
• Proven track record developing new business opportunities.
• Ability to navigate public procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Public Housing Authorities, municipalities, investors, and strategic partners.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities for the proposal team.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for executive leadership.
• Represent Leumas at conferences and industry events.
• Collaborate with leadership to select strategic opportunities.
