Leumas Residential is seeking a motivated fundraising professional to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. The role focuses on raising funds to cover moving costs, security deposits, rental applications, and other housing-related expenses for families in need.

You will plan campaigns, research grants, and build partnerships with donors, sponsors, churches, and community organizations to deliver measurable impact and reports on funds raised.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of fundraising experience in nonprofits.
• Proven ability to meet or contribute to fundraising goals.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and time-management skills.
• Experience with community base outreach and event planning.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns to help families with moving expenses and rental costs.
• Research and secure grant opportunities from foundations, companies, and government programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, churches, and community partners.
• Prepare grant applications and donor letters.
• Prepare reports showing funds raised and impact made.
• Create and maintain fundraising budgets.
• Cultivate, steward, and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, faith-based partners, and community stakeholders.
• Other related duties as assigned.
