Leumas is seeking a Business Development Manager to uncover opportunities for our proposal team by building relationships with Public Housing Authorities, local governments, and pension funds. You will learn market trends, identify future investors, and position Leumas early before RFPs are released.
Your work will help leadership stay at the table, understand community needs, and shape our long-term growth by opening doors and expanding the affordable housing portfolio.
Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base + up to $150,000 in bonuses

This is not a role where you'll spend your days responding to posted opportunities or writing proposals. Instead, you'll be the person helping Leumas discover opportunities for our proposal team to respond to.
You'll build relationships with Public Housing Authorities, local governments, and pension funds. You'll learn what's happening in the market, uncover future investors and clients, and introduce Leumas long before an RFP is ever released.
Your work will help ensure our leadership team is sitting at the table early-building trust, understanding community needs, and positioning Leumas for long‑term success.
