The role collaborates with senior directors to coordinate projects, events, communications, data, and stakeholder engagement at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong event planning and logistical coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the primary coordinator for Strategic Partnerships and Immersive Programs initiatives.
• Coordinate projects, events, communications, data management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support Panther Immersion Programs, RISE, CampusBridge, and partner-sponsored events.
• Assist with expense tracking, purchasing, and budget reconciliation.
• Supervise student assistants or volunteers as needed.
