Job summary

Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business seeks an Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships (Temp) to lead operations for immersive programs and partner engagements. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, events, and student engagement under the Senior Director and Immersive Programs leadership.

The role requires strong organization, detailed orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced academic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in higher education and experiential learning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs and partnerships operations across multiple Immersive Programs and partner engagements.
• Plan and execute events including logistics, staffing, and communications.
• Coordinate student engagement activities and recruitment support.
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Support dashboard, data management, and reporting for programs.
