Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Manager of Partner & Stakeholder Relationships to drive engagement for California’s market transformation program (CalMTA). The role coordinates across teams, develops outreach materials, and builds relationships with utilities, trade allies, and industry groups to accelerate adoption of energy efficiency technologies.

Responsibilities

Develops key strategies and activities for stakeholder engagement and is responsible for on-track implementation.
Identifies, cultivates, maintains, and tracks strong stakeholder relationships; supports leadership as needed.
Ensures awareness of CalMTA among energy efficiency industry groups and key audiences.
Facilitates information sharing between CalMTA and partners on MTI development and deployment.
Works collaboratively to develop updates and materials for partners and stakeholders.
Manages regular collaboration meetings with non-CalMTA efficiency program and implementer contacts.
Other duties as assigned.
Located or willing to relocate to California within 30 days of acceptance.
Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in marketing, communications and/or stakeholder engagement.
A bachelor’s degree in general business or marketing, communication, journalism or similar field; experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience and understanding of energy efficiency industry. Knowledge of market transformation is preferred.
Strong experience in software platforms such as Salesforce, PowerPoint, Constant Contact, Asana, analytics and other platforms
Demonstrated project management experience
Strong writing and capability of sharing complicated concepts
High degree of intercultural sensitivity and inclusiveness
