Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Marketing Lead to oversee the planning, management, and execution of marketing programs for utility clients and energy transformation initiatives across California, Utah, or Colorado.

The role partners with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on strategy, on time, and with measurable impact. Agency experience is preferred, and the candidate will lead multiple projects and stakeholders with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives including email campaigns, paid media, digital marketing, events, website projects, and collateral.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and workflows across multiple concurrent projects.
• Partner with internal teams to define scope, deliverables, priorities, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, scopes, and timelines to deliver on client objectives and marketing strategy.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and optimize performance based on data and insights.
