Legends Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Partnerships to lead a Cincinnati Open partner portfolio and drive renewal and revenue growth. You will mentor staff and shape scalable processes across marketing, operations, and finance to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
The ideal candidate combines relationship-building, sponsorship experience, and strong business acumen to align partner objectives with tournament goals throughout the year.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–8+ years in partnerships or sponsorships.
- Proven success in managing strategic client relationships and renewals.
- Strong collaboration across departments and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading revenue growth initiatives within accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of key corporate partners and drive renewal strategies.
- Coordinate activation planning and cross‑department delivery of benefits.
- Develop annual account strategies aligned with partner objectives and tournament goals.
- Mentor staff and improve partnership operating procedures and tools.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
