Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Partnerships for the Cincinnati Open in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead a portfolio of corporate partners, driving renewal strategies, revenue growth, and elevated partner experiences across events and year-round activations.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of managing multi–partner relationships within sports marketing and live experiences.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship activation, or account management.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing strategic client relationships.
• Experience leading renewal negotiations and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of key corporate partners and drive renewal opportunities.
• Develop and execute annual account strategies aligned with partner objectives and tournament goals.
• Oversee activation planning and integration across events and year-round activities.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Premium, Facilities, Ticketing, and Finance to deliver seamless partner experiences.
