Job summary

Wintermute is hiring across multiple levels in its Business Development & Partnerships team in New York, seeking individuals to grow institutional OTC, liquidity provision, and strategic partnerships with traditional and crypto-native counterparties.

You will originate relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, trading firms, and crypto projects, managing opportunities from engagement to onboarding, and shaping Wintermute's Americas strategy.

Qualifications

• Client-facing, commercial or markets-related experience.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow institutional OTC and liquidity provision businesses across traditional finance and crypto-native markets.
• Develop relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, trading firms, and other financial institutions.
• Identify opportunities, develop growth strategies and work with cross-functional teams to execute them.
