Job summary

Wintermute, a leading algorithmic trading firm in digital assets, seeks a Business Development Associate to drive growth across OTC and liquidity provisioning in the US market.

You will acquire new counterparties, cultivate existing relationships, and own opportunities end-to-end with minimal bureaucracy and a professional, entrepreneurial culture. The role offers accelerated responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in business development or any client-facing role (B2B sales, consulting, IB, sales & trading).
• Understanding of and interest in crypto markets and trading dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Grow the OTC business with traditional finance and crypto ecosystems; develop and execute a growth plan.
• Grow the crypto liquidity provision business; deepen existing relationships and acquire new ones.
• Develop relationships with high-profile crypto projects, VCs, institutional investors, and miners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness in key markets.
• Manage relationships with exchanges and track launches and opportunities in the crypto ecosystem.
• Navigate legal and commercial aspects of business development with professionalism.
