Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Business Development Manager for Consumer Money in Charlotte, NC. You will lead partnerships from conception to execution, negotiating terms and coordinating with product, engineering, legal, finance, operations, and marketing to scale the platform.

You will shape partner strategy, assess opportunities, and mentor others while driving the growth of a key Intuit business area with strong performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 8+ years of partnerships, investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic BD experience.

Responsibilities

• Scope, build, and scale strategic partnerships for Consumer Money.
• Maintain relationships and renew deals with existing partners.
• Own end-to-end deal process: strategy, evaluation, alignment, terms, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
• Influence strategy by monitoring partner landscape and business impact.
• Raise the BD craft with frameworks and mentorship.
