Job summary

Houston Humane Society is seeking a Corporate Relations and Special Events Manager to drive revenue through corporate partnerships, events, and digital campaigns. You will secure sponsors, renew partnerships, and lead fundraising initiatives for ongoing programs and special events with measurable impact.

The role requires building relationships, coordinating event fundraising, and delivering timely impact updates and recognition to partners, while collaborating with Marketing and Volunteer teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, nonprofit management, communications, finance, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of fundraising, events, corporate relations, or donor relations experience.
• Experience with donor databases and fundraising platforms; ability to create sponsorship packages.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising events from concept to completion with budgets, timelines, and revenue goals.
• Develop and manage corporate sponsorships, partnerships, and recognition programs.
• Create digital solicitations and campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
• Lead donor communications, stewardship activities, and reporting of impact.
• Maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and staff.
