Indiana Wesleyan University seeks a Partnership Development Executive – Public Safety, First Responders, & Human Services to build organizational workforce partnerships and enrollment pipelines for adult learners.

This role targets police, fire, EMS, corrections, 911, military/veteran organizations, and social services, aligning workforce needs with IWU degree programs. Excellent communicator with strategic curiosity will thrive.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with strong written communication.
• Minimum 2–4 years in sales, B2B/B2G development or higher education recruitment.
• Experience with partner development and public safety/higher ed outreach.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% across Central Indiana and Southwest Ohio.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Relationship Building, Discovery, & Partnership Advancement with partner organizations across public safety, emergency services, criminal justice, military/veteran, and human services sectors.
• Prepares for and leads professional discovery meetings with agency decision makers.
• Writes clear, polished prospecting emails, executive summaries, meeting recaps, and proposals.
