Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Director of Partnership Sales to conceptualize, develop, and secure key sponsorships and marketing partnerships. This role reports to the Regional VP, Partnership Sales and operates on-site or remotely in the Midwest region.

You will present, package and sell solution-based partnerships, build a robust pipeline, and negotiate multi-million-dollar sponsorships. The position requires 8+ years in partnership revenue, deep industry contacts, and a proven sales track

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of partnership revenue performance preferred.
• Experience with entertainment or sports partnerships preferred.
• Strong book of business with corporate contacts in North America/global.
• Proven track record of six- and seven-figure sponsorship deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Present, create, package and sell solution-based brand partnerships to local and regional partners.
• Meet and exceed all revenue goals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new prospects by researching and identifying industries to solicit for sponsorship.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client marketing companies and their agencies.
• Coordinate with Legends national and regional sales teams to maximize efficiency of the sales process.
• Create sponsorship packages that can be bundled with cross-property inventory.
• Negotiate and close sponsorship deals and manage contracts through execution.
