Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or external engagement.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-management skills.
• Experience translating organizational capabilities into externally funded opportunities.
• CRM proficiency for tracking pipeline and partner engagement.
• Experience managing a partnership development pipeline and cross-unit collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead industry partnerships and business development to advance enrollment growth, workforce development, and revenue.
• Develop and execute an industry-engagement strategy aligned with campus priorities and regional needs.
• Achieve annual partnership and revenue goals with dean/CEO oversight.
• Manage a portfolio of partnerships with targets for new agreements and enrollment.
• Represent the campus in regional civic and industry settings and coordinate across university units.
