Job summary

LifeWorks of Austin, TX is seeking a Development Systems & Engagement Manager to lead the Strategic Partnerships team. This role ensures Neon CRM reliability, donor data accuracy, and streamlined processes across fundraising and volunteer initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief Mission Officer, you will manage dashboards, reporting, and workflows, supervise staff, and drive data-driven decisions with cross-functional partners in Finance and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of data/project management experience.
• Nonprofit experience preferred.
• CRM system experience (Neon, Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) preferred.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills; data accuracy essential.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency; dashboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers Neon CRM and donor data for accuracy and consistency.
• Manages CRM upgrades, permissions, data standards, imports and staff training.
• Overseas gift processing, coding, and reconciliation activities.
• Generates donor acknowledgements and maintains pledge records.
• Creates dashboards and reports tracking fundraising revenue and KPIs.
• Collaborates with Finance, Development, and Marketing on data integrity.
