Job summary

You will support the Senior Manager in expanding access to employment, training, and services by building high-value employer and community partnerships.

The role focuses on credential programs, labor market alignment, data-driven decision making using Salesforce, and statewide travel as needed to advance regional and statewide growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of employer partnership strategy to support workforce training and job placement outcomes.
• Cultivate and deepen relationships with employers, industry associations, education providers, and community organizations.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to strengthen service delivery and regional growth.
• Support planning and improvement of credential and pathway programs aligned with labor market demand.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for partnerships; analyze data using Salesforce and other platforms.
• Represent the organization in external meetings to advance workforce initiatives.
