You will collaborate with career coaches, report outcomes, and refer participants to additional resources while supporting data entry and ensuring accurate records. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with preferred associate degree or relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or one year of work experience in related environments preferred.
• Outstanding oral and written communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with career coaches to serve participants with limited, short-term support services.
• Collaborates as a team member, sharing resources and providing peer input.
• Reports on individuals served and maintains data in the system.
