Legends Global seeks a Coordinator, Partnership Service in Cincinnati to manage a portfolio of corporate partners, serving as the primary contact for activation, hospitality, and asset fulfillment. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver contractual benefits and drive partner success.

The role requires strong organizational skills, relationship focus, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in sports management, marketing, business, or related field.
• 1–3+ years in corporate partnerships, sponsorship activation, or event management.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Client-service mindset and relationship management.
• Ability to work across departments and stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/project management platforms.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during tournament operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of partnership accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner representatives.
• Develop and execute partner servicing and activation plans.
• Deliver proactive communication and exceptional service during lifecycle.
• Assist with renewal prep and growth opportunities.
• Oversee activation planning and integration across events.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Premium, Facilities, Ticketing, and Finance.
• Lead partner recap development and post-event reviews.
• Establish best practices for partner communication, engagement, and retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain partnership operating procedures and planning tools.
• Support inventory management, asset tracking, reporting systems, and partnership technologies.
