Job summary

RTS Management, Inc. is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead creative strategy and brand partnerships within its Partnerships Team. You’ll shape ideation, pitches, and delivery for Evo and creator programs, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Production.

You’ll translate client goals into breakthrough ideas, guide proposals and pitch decks, and ensure alignment with RTS’s vision. This remote-first role emphasizes fast-moving environments and cultural fluency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing (agency or brand side).
• Portfolio or case studies highlighting campaigns, projects, or partnerships.
• Proven success developing breakthrough ideas for brand campaigns, talent-led programs, and large activations.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills for presentations and case studies.
• Proven account management / client-facing experience is essential.
• Strong fluency in gaming, creator culture, and adjacent categories like anime, fashion, and emerging tech.
• Experience in live event activation is strongly preferred.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation tools (Slides, Docs); Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand objectives and KPIs into sharp, ownable creative campaign concepts across Evo platforms.
• Assist with development of strategic proposals, creative treatments, pitch decks, and one-pagers that communicate value and impact.
• Conduct research and understand trends across entertainment, marketing, and culture to inform strategic positioning.
• Use audience insights, performance data, and cultural trends into actionable creative strategies.
• Evaluate campaign performances and develop concise reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with client goals and RTS’s vision and standards.
