Job summary

RTS Management, Inc. is seeking a sharp Strategy Manager to elevate ideation, pitches, and delivery of integrated brand partnerships across Evo and creator programs.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Production, and external partners to translate client goals into actionable creative strategies. In a fast-moving environment, you’ll bring ideas early, translate objectives into compelling campaigns, and ensure execution aligns with RTS’s vision and standards, reporting to the

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing (agency or brand side); sales agency or partnership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand objectives and KPIs into sharp, ownable creative campaign concepts across Evo’s global brand platform and creator ecosystems.
• Assist with the development and refinement of strategic proposals, creative treatments, pitch decks, and one-pagers that communicate value, cultural relevance, and business impact.
• Conduct research analysis and understand trends across entertainment, marketing, and culture to inform strategic positioning and ideation.
• Use audience insights, performance data, and cultural trends into actionable creative strategies and compelling recommendations.
• Evaluate, contextualize and develop campaign performances into strategic and concise reports for internal and external stakeholders that drive business impact.
• Ensure all creative output is aligned with both client goals and RTS’ internal vision and standards.
