Job summary

RTS Management, Inc. is seeking a Strategy Manager to join our Partnerships Team, elevating ideation, pitching, and delivery of integrated brand partnerships.

The role sits at the heart of storytelling, creative development, and strategic thinking across Evo, our flagship FGC property, creator programs, and beyond. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive the creative vision behind campaigns that create real value for communities and brand partners, working with Sales, Marketing, Product,

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing (agency or brand side).
• Portfolio or case studies highlighting campaigns, projects, or partnerships.
• Demonstrated success developing breakthrough ideas for brand campaigns and activations.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills, especially in building presentations and pitch decks.
• Proven account management / client-facing experience is essential.
• Strong fluency in gaming, creator culture, and adjacent categories like anime, fashion, and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand objectives and KPIs into sharp, ownable creative campaign concepts across Evo’s global brand platform and creator ecosystems.
• Assist with the development and refinement of strategic proposals, creative treatments, pitch decks, and one-pagers that communicate value and business impact.
• Conduct research analysis and understand trends across entertainment, marketing, and culture to inform strategic positioning and ideation.
• Use audience insights, performance data, and cultural trends into actionable creative strategies and recommendations.
• Evaluate campaign performances into strategic reports for internal and external stakeholders that drive business impact.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with client goals and RTS’ internal standards.
