Job summary

techchaintalent is hiring a high-potential BD Associate/Manager to build top-of-funnel distribution for vault products. This is a sell-side role focused on platforms with stablecoins seeking yield, reaching conversations with senior leadership early in the process.

You will represent a live product suite to sophisticated counterparties, with fluency in private credit, fixed income, ETFs, and structured credit, to field first questions and perform initial diligence without escalation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in business development or similar client-facing finance role.
• Traditional finance nativity with institutional product knowledge.
• Experience selling to sophisticated counterparties.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of distribution channels: centralised exchanges, DeFi protocols, neobanks, fintech platforms, stablecoin issuers and treasuries.
• Conduct market mapping, segmentation, and opportunity sizing to define target priorities.
• Run outreach and relationship building, converting cold and warm leads into qualified conversations.
• Drive meetings to deal execution: discovery, product walkthroughs, and term discussions.
• Field initial diligence questions on underlying assets: yield mechanics, credit quality, fund structures, redemption terms; know when to bring in specialists.
• Prepare and maintain sell side materials such as one pagers, data rooms, and FAQ docs, in partnership with product and asset teams.
• Help negotiate commercial terms and structure integrations, coordinating cross functional workstreams to move deals from signed to live.
